Malbec in space

Let's talk about a special cuvee we made in 1994 to celebrate the launching of the laboratory Biorack (built by the European Space Agency to study the behavior of yeasts and bacteria in micro-gravity) by space shuttle Columbia.
A gastronomic dinner with Château Paillas famous vintage 1990 was held in Toulouse to welcome the astronauts of the shuttle who came to familiarize themselves with its operations.

Château Paillas at the VINEXPO 2009 trade fair

The VINEXPO 2009 international trade fair will take place in Bordeaux from june 21st to 25th. Two years ago,Château Paillas was of course part of "Cahors Black wine" booth which introduced the rebirth of Cahors wines marketing.

This year, Cahors wines booth moves from "South West" hall to hall 1 with Malbec winemakers from all over the world as Argentina or Chile. The will to get plugged with Malbec producing countries started in the first and second international Malbec Days in Cahors and Lujàn de Cuyo follows up.

If you are professionnals or new comers, you will taste Château Paillas wines, especialy vintage 2007 and you will learn more about the third international Malbec days in Cahors in may 2010.
