None of both, they are just different !
If they own the main characteristics of Malbec wines, the soil, climate and of course winemaking is not the same in order to find different wines : some say that Malbec from Cahors is darker and softer or that Argentinian's Malbec are less acid and tannic...
The best thing to do is to taste them both and make your own idea..
